Return Policy

General Return Conditions

When returning your vehicle, please ensure you return it to the same location where you picked it up, unless you have booked a one-way rental. The car should be returned in the same condition you received it, with a full tank of fuel (unless you selected the prepaid fuel option).

Return Times

Vehicles must be returned at the time specified in your booking. We offer a 30-minute grace period. Delays beyond this period may result in additional charges. For delays longer than 1 hour, an additional full day rate may apply.

Vehicle Inspection

Upon return, the vehicle will be inspected for damages, fuel level, and cleanliness. Any new damage not previously reported will be documented and charged according to our damage policy. We encourage you to be present during the inspection.

Fuel Policy

If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, you will be charged for the missing fuel plus a refueling fee. To avoid this fee, refuel the car near our return location and keep the receipt.

Early Returns

If you return the vehicle earlier than the scheduled date, we do not offer refunds for unused days. We recommend contacting us to modify your booking if your plans change.

Late Returns

For late returns, the following charges will apply: • Up to 1 hour late: No additional charge • 1-3 hours late: Half day rate • More than 3 hours late: Full day rate Unannounced late returns may also result in reporting the vehicle as missing.

After-Hours Return

If you need to return the vehicle outside of our business hours, please contact us in advance to arrange an after-hours return. You will be given instructions for safe parking and key drop-off.

Vehicle Cleanliness

The vehicle should be returned in reasonably clean condition. For excessive uncleanliness (pet hair, smoke, strong odors), a cleaning fee of 50-150 EUR may apply.
